Moreld Moholt group accepts no harm to people, the environment or materials. Our goal is to be a leader in HSE and quality in our segment. We have set up concrete parameters that we measure and use as we continue to strive to improve.
Moreld Karsten Moholt focus on the customer assets and the importance of delivering products and services with the highest quality. Our mission is always to meet the customer’s requirements and contribute to timely and cost-conscious execution of the work. Karsten Moholt is, as the only company in Norway, an ATEX approved workshop with both IECEx- and UL-approved Service Facility to repair and overhaul equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. This includes equipment used on both mobile and fixed offshore rigs/platforms, petrochemical plants, mines, and flour mills.
Furthermore, Moreld Karsten Moholts Condition Monitoring Department is both DNV GL-approved and ABS-approved as a service provider and an authorized training and examining body for maintenance personnel.
Moreld Karsten Moholt is an approved service center for GE, Siemens and ABB.
Moreld Karsten Moholt is registered in prequalification databases for suppliers, such as, Achilles TransQ, Network, Oil & Gas, UNCE and Magnet JQS.
Moreld Karsten Moholt holds and is revised according to ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
We aim to manage HSE initiatives in the company in a proactive and future-oriented way. It is important to us that our products and services are delivered with minimum impact on the environment and a high degree of safety for our employees in the production process.
The companies creates annual HSE programmes. We have established concrete measurement parameters related to our health and safety goals, including absolute goals for zero injuries and accidents, zero work-related sickness absence and zero emmisions to the outside environment that are subject to reporting requirements. The goals are continuously monitored through the control system, and unwanted events are continuously recorded in our quality system as well as uncovered through regular safety inspections and internal HSE audits.
The company also has systems for training and skills development, and all new employees must complete HSE training as part of the company’s training plan. Moreld Moholt group is well on its way towards the goal of zero damages, and in recent years the number of unwanted incidents and accidents have been very low. The company is, however, well aware that this work never ends.
THE TRANSPARENCY ACT
Act relating to enterprises’ transparency and work on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions (Transparency Act).
On July 1st, 2022, the Transparency Act went into effect in Norway. The legislation requires larger enterprises to monitor and control the impact they have on social conditions, including basic human rights and decent working conditions.
Karsten Moholt AS and Aquamarine AS, is covered by this law and continuously performs due diligence assessments, setting clear requirements and expectations for our suppliers and business associates.
Right to information: Upon written request, any person has the right to receive information from Moholt group regarding how we addresses actual and potential adverse impacts pursuant.

The due-diligence report shall be updated and published in Karsten Moholt AS and Aquamarine AS annual report no later than 30 June of each year and otherwise in case of significant changes to the company risk assessments.
Moreld Moholt group has developed and implemented an integrated control system.
The system is certified by Nemko and IQ Net according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 and is designed to continuously improve complex work processes and the interaction between them, and manage them according to our corporate responsibility to our employees, customers, governments, owners and the environment.
